Josh has seventeen years’ headhunting experience solely within financial markets. Josh established Mawney Partners in 2014, having previously founded two fixed income and credit search practices at now leading international search firms. Josh oversees all mandates and client relationships within our credit investment and markets teams.

COO

Rachel joined Mawney Partners as Chief Operating Officer, bringing extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic management. With a strong background in business operations and team development, Rachel oversees the firm's day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of all business processes and supporting the team's continued growth and success.

Director

Jack joined Mawney Partners in 2019, gaining valuable experience in PE and M&A before joining the firm’s credit and markets teams. Jack has built significant relationships across credit investors, sales and trading desks, and restructuring advisors, whilst also further developing Mawney Partners’ international efforts through a significant focus on our US-based clients.

Associate Director

Harry joined the firm in 2022 upon completion of his LLM from the University of Law. As an Associate within the team, Harry contributes to Mawney Partners’ efforts across credit investment, and sales and trading mandates, whilst also providing support to our effort within restructuring and advisory.

Senior Associate

Tyler joined Mawney Partners in 2024 as a member of the research and execution team, and supports our core clients on investment, trading and capital formation searches. Tyler graduated from the University of Warwick having studied Politics & Sociology, and followed this with a year spent in HR & Talent at a leading global asset manager.

Associate

Tuula joined Mawney Partners in 2026 as an associate supporting the team with mandates across our core clients on investment, trading and capital formation. She graduated from The University of the Arts London with an undergraduate degree in PR and Communication. 

Business Development and Marketing Associate

Hope joined Mawney Partners in 2025 after completing a BSc in Psychology from Durham University. With several years of marketing experience specialising in design and development, Hope supports the team with document preparation, design work, and operations.
